Attorney
Michael Alley is an Associate Attorney who focuses his practice on defending providers in medical malpractice litigation and regulatory and administrative matters.
Before joining the firm, Michael served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Wallerstein, Jr., and the Honorable Randall G. Johnson, Jr. in the Circuit Court of Henrico County. There, he worked closely with the Judges on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice cases at both the pleading stage and at trial.
Prior to law school, Michael worked in an administrative role at a large orthopedic practice in Albany, New York. Michael is highly motivated to advocate for providers who have dedicated their time and energy to help those in our community live healthy and fulfilling lives.
Michael received his undergraduate degree from Providence College in Rhode Island and his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law. During law school, Michael served as the Chief Justice on the Honor Council, the Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT) and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.
